Our family staycation in Accord High land ooty was very good. The hospitality of the staff was great and our requirements were met within a short time. The restaurant was nice and kids friendly food was always available. The highlight is the view from the hotel dine in area and beautiful lawn with multiple indoor/outdoor activities. High tea in the evenings is the best time to enjoy the view with a cup of tea. Room service was top notch and quick to respond. Special Thanks to the team ( Sivakumar & Gautham) conducting fun activities and indoor/activities, they were very kind and helpful. Thanks to the reception team and special mention to the receptionist Rithu mam for her kind service and hospitality.

The location was absolutely stunning and left us amazed! The rooms were large, clean, and extremely comfortable. We enjoyed every meal – the ale carte dinner menu offered a great variety, and everything tasted delicious but also reasonably priced. The buffet breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide spread to choose from. The service and hospitality from the staff were more impressive – always friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking space available, which made parking things very convenient. Almost every evening featured some form of entertainment like campfire, DJ nights, live singing, and more – always something fun to look forward to. One of the most memorable experiences was their charming Tea Kadai – the variety of teas, snacks, and the famous Ooty Varkey were simply unforgettable and still make my mouth water! The resort also offers a range of sports and recreational activities including badminton, cricket, basketball, football, table tennis, PlayStation gaming, indoor games for kids, and a dedicated play area. We always made it a point to return to the hotel by 5 PM just to make the most of these wonderful amenities. Overall, it was an excellent and peaceful stay filled with memorable experiences…! Breakfast, dinner was good. Location is great. December mists cover them up in the evening. one can feel the mist running above you. The cold was good (10 deg C) at night was cool. My room had a forest view though which we saw a Bison calmly feeding on the grass (Great view - Check Pictures)

I visited Accord 26th Oct, 2013. went there from B'lore by road, driving own car. Ooty as a place has lost bit of it's beauty, but still lot of things are good, Reaching there from Bangalore is Good, but exiting from Ooty is very bad, takes 2 hours minimum to reach some better roads of Mudumalai. Coming back to Accord, don't have enough words to express my thanks for the STAFF, they are so helpful and kind, gentle. Food is amazing, very healthy and very tasty. Room size is very decent. Overall, I would highly recommend to stay there, if you are visiting ooty.

Very nice breakfast spread. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and maintained well. The location being a little away from the city center was very peaceful with awesome views of the valley.

Arrangement from hotel for bon fire etc is just amazing and Tea stall is also a great idea to meet other people. Mr. shiv Kumar was a great entertainer and we had a lot of fun.

Location was peaceful. Nice facilities. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner all were great. Nice courteous staff. Great play area. Just that Wifi alone was not strong enough. Everything else was perfect

Very good stay. Staffs were good. Foods are good. Tea shop concept is appreciative.play area is very good. My kid enjoyed it. Especially they provoided drawing materials with A4 size paper and my kid spent lots of time in it. Good job by the team. Keep it up.

The hotel staff made sure we were comfortable the whole time we were there. They were nice and made us feel at home. At night, we had a bonfire where families came together to talk and laugh under the stars.
